Tibia is exposed to frequent injury there by being the most commonly fractured long bone. Because one third of tibial surface is subcutaneous throughout the most of its length and it also has a precarious blood supply than other bones, which are enclosed by bulky muscles. The presence of the hinge joints at the knee and ankle allow to no adjustment of the rotatory deformity after fracture requiring during correction of reduction [1].
